The golf at Old Charlie will be elite in every sense of the word. The course will be designed by Keith Rhebb and Riley Johns, two of the best designers and shapers active today. The site we've given them to work with is an incredible rarity in Florida, featuring over 100 ft. of total elevation change, lots of interesting internal movement, and a high point to the west where the sun sets.But Old Charlie isn't a typical club. It's a vacation golf club and it's near the beach. You can expect the vibe to match. Every bit as elite, but a little more laid-back. We're replacing mahogany lockers with flip-flops around the fire, white linen tablecloths with some of the best damn grilled food for miles, and happy hour cribbage games for live music and twilight golf.It's not your typical country club, but if you like pure golf and having a really good time, we think you'll love it here.

Old Charlie is located just 45 minutes from Rosemary Beach, and is about an hour from the beach towns and resorts along the 30A corridor and the Emerald Coast. We're close to the action, but far enough away for the club to feel incredibly secluded.Access is limited to members and their guests only, and our daily maximum capacity is just 72 players, even on the big holiday weekends. The golf will feel private and intimate, and even leisurely rounds will never take more than four hours.

Old Charlie is affordable. Not just "affordable for a private club" affordable but truly affordable. Just about anyone can afford to join.The key is our unique membership model. Instead of giving you unlimited access to a club you only visit a few times a year, we ask you to tell us how often you'll visit and when you'll be here, and that's all you pay for.Initiation fees to a club like ours usually land somewhere between the cost of a new car and a new house. With our approach, you can join Old Charlie for as little as $500.(learn more about membership)We think of Old Charlie as our members' home away from home. Our goal is to make it the kind of golf experience that they can't wait to get back to.We hope you'll join us.
Membership Overview
At Old Charlie you only pay for the time you're here, even if that's just one day a year. So instead of a single fee for everyone, our initiation fees flex based on the number of reservations needed.You can purchase just one reservation, which gets you a single (solo) day of golf every year for life, or you can buy more to bring friends or guests, stay longer, or come more often.Initiation fees per reservation range from $500 to $1,200, depending on season and day of week. You pay the initiation fee just one time, and that single fee reserves the spot for as long as you're a member. Then, once we're open, the yearly golf fee per reservation is $150 and includes unlimited golf and cart on the date(s) you play.
Steps to Join Old Charlie
1. Calculate the number of reservations you need.The first step is deciding how many reservations you need. Coming solo for just a day each year? You'll need just one reservation. You and three buddies coming for a two-day weekend? That's 2 days x 4 reservations per day = 8 total reservations needed.2. Decide when you're coming.Reservation fees vary by season and time of week. You'll need to decide which season(s) and which time(s) of week you'll visit, but you'll pick the exact date(s) later.3. Visit the shop and join.That's it. Once you've decided what you want, just visit our shop and sign up. There are no referrals, rituals, or special requirements to join Old Charlie. If you love the game and want to experience it with us here, then you are welcome.

Notes:- All players require a reservation, including guests or friends. If you want to bring guests or get the gang together please keep this in mind and make sure you purchase the appropriate number of reservations.
